Gotong-royong Perdana SMTKL

Salam ,

Gotong-royong Perdana SMTKL telah dijalankan pada hari ini iaitu 12 MAR 2011 .Gotong-royong Perdana SMTKL turut mengundang beberapa tetamu kehormat antaranya Yang Berbahagia Datuk Wira Syed Ali Al-Habshee ,Pengetua Cemerlang Pn.Hjh.Karteni ,Guru SMTKL ,AJK PIBG dan Ibu Bapa pelajar SMTKL .

Tujuan dan misi utama gotong-royong ini dijalankan adalah untuk membersihkan kawasan sekolah dan menjadikan kawasan sekolah lebih ceria , bersih dan kondusif. Gotong-royong Perdana ini juga dapat mengeratkan sillaturrahim dan mewujudkan kerjasama antara pelajar ,guru dan ibu bapa . Gotong-royong Perdana ini juga dapat memberikan keselesaan kepada pelajar untuk menuntut ilmu di sekolah ini . 

Disini kami memaparkan gambar yang di ambil ketika sesi gotong-royong di jalankan :

Yang Berbahagia Datuk Syed Wira Ali Al-Habshee bersama Pengetua Cemerlang SMTKL ,AJK PIBG , Ibu Bapa dan pelajar menanam pokok tanda menyokong menghijaukan bumi dan merasmikan majlis gotong royong perdana SMTKL 2011.

Ikutilah  contoh amalan mereka memelihara  bumi .

Amalan begini menambah udara bersih sekeliling kita kerana pokok mengeluarkan gas oksigen di siang hari dan menyerap karbon dioksida sebelah malam. Maka kita jadi lebih sihat.....ya 

Warga SMTKL bekerjasama dan bertungkus lumus membersihkan kawasan sekolah .Ini menunjukkan bahawa SMTKL mengamalkan dan mementingkan kebersihan . Teruskan usaha dan amalan baik ini !

ABOUT BP MYSCIENCE

Bp MyScience is an interactive educational program for school children to inculcate the fun and creative way of learning science , mathematics and environment .

1-Comprised many modules on topics related to science, maths and the environment, particularly on climate change.

2-Schools and students assessing the social, environmental and economic impact of its carbon footprint.

3-Provides a flexible way to teach students about carbon emissions, impacts, choices for reduction and alternative energy supplies.

4-Promote energy reduction and adopt a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.

5-Already available resources replicating from the success of UK program.

THE OBJECTIVE

* To benefit the comunity where BP operates through education

* To inculcate the fun and creative way of learning sciene ,mathematics and invironment

* Instill interest among students to study and take up career in science

* Create awareness among students on the importance of science and technology in their daily   life

* Enthusiast teachers and students about the subjects of Science , Maths and Enterprise

* Increase local understanding of BP

Science based talk sessions at school by public figures from govt. bodies, Science Centre, NGOs, celebrities, BP specialists, etc to promote science awareness to students.

Carbon Challenge

Climate change awareness and action plans proposal to promote energy optimization efforts to help reduce operating cost and promote environmentally friendlier lifestyle.

Connecting BP Educational Services science modules into science clubs programs and activities into participanting schools.

We are admin of SMTKL blog are proud to say that our school, Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuala Lumpur has launched our own blog! This blog was created to fulfill the criteria that needed in BP MyScience . The competition was organised  by BP MyScience. 

We will update this blog regularly once we finish our solar boat activities !
